Proposed completion of the four missing controls

This is a separate, not-yet-launched allowance. The closed matrix preserves four runtime-interrupted starts and 44 passing fits. It cannot be reopened or declared successful. This proposal checks the four missing computational cases without repeating the other 44.

Fixed scope

Use development seed 281474976810725, increment inputs and the specified-field globe generating candidate, with both original processing settings and both original starting points. These are the exact first four entries of the previous 48-case table. Selection follows the interruption record, not fitted outcomes. Keep every original observation, bound, nuisance column, numerical threshold and forecast screen. Do not initialize from partial fitted values.

Reuse the qualified shared worker and auditor. Bind the preceding six-case qualification and the closed matrix's exact manifest and summary hashes. All 241 shared source files and the numerical environment must remain identical to the closed matrix. The only additions are this policy, plan and tests. One original saved input/training/error binding belongs to this missing slice; require its exact replay. The other three were checked in the completed 44.

Proposed cost

Freeze four new starts, 200 evaluations and 620 linear operations per start, 100 iterations per operation, zero retries, four workers with one numerical thread each, and a one-hour cooperative ceiling. The prepayment limits are 239,816 native calls and 1,506,051,012 packet visits. Expected runtime is about 5–10 minutes; the ceiling is deliberately higher. Previous charges and deadlines stay unchanged; no unused allowance is transferred.

Acceptance and evidence assembly

Require all four complete numerical/physical passes, both paired-start comparisons and the one original binding replay. Independently audit the saved outputs; packaging must not refit. Preserve the earlier interrupted labels even if these new calculations pass.

Any later combined qualification must account for all 48 computational cases exactly once: the original 44 completed cases and these four new outcomes. Require the same shared source hashes/environment, all 24 complete start pairs and all four original input replays. Missing cases, duplicated coverage, changed inputs, unexplained failures or source mismatches block that qualification. The combined check needs its own tested, saved-only auditor before use as a gate. It must not retroactively qualify the interrupted study.

No calibration, aircraft refit or protected ESA observation is authorized by this control proposal. A new calibration campaign still requires separate finite review. The 53 aircraft findings remain unchanged.
