Native qualification of source derivative bounds

The independent source derivative component passes all ten known-answer controls. This separate candidate intersects its mean-value remainder with the existing physical/training source bound at each actual packet midpoint. It retains the source's explicit numerical center and all 27 supplied rows.

Bind the derivative source, parameter domain, reference center and packet phase to the physical certificate. Preserve the old norm closure, training identity, nonlinear calibration caps and all 51 native physical/shared columns. A new source radius can only tighten its predecessor. Do not reuse an unrelated body Taylor radius or drop a clock direction.

Repeat the original 24 generated native controls. All required center, stationary-pose, derivative and nonlinear-containment checks must pass with their original tolerances. Match all 348 sealed predecessor centers, coefficient matrices, physical domains and bindings exactly; the three unshared error allowances must not widen.

Separate finite allowance

Freeze candidate, generated inputs, matched expectations, compiler and environment before launch. Preserve failed identities and all charges. Passing qualifies the native component on generated controls, not useful long-history prediction widths, whole-program floating-execution enclosure or calibrated observation coverage. A new long-history comparison is required before a new complete prediction comparison. No aircraft originals or protected ESA data enter this study.
