One common error block across measurement times

Qualify the 33-coordinate interface before the native usefulness comparison. Twelve independently specified affine systems cover all three coordinate axes, zero/nonzero expansion centers and exact/noisy training allowances. In each, y(t)=p_a+t*p_b+gamma uses one common auxiliary coordinate. Training at times zero and one must constrain the future at time two to the independently derived range: three times the training allowance plus the future remainder. Keep the other 25 physical and five auxiliary columns, including their unresolved ranges.

Six negative controls reject a mismatched source, epoch, center, lower domain, upper domain or shared binding. This tests the interface, not native dynamics; the separate 24-identity native qualification is a prerequisite. No future receiver observation enters the interface. Exact rational support certificates enclose the supplied affine inequalities; native arithmetic and observation laws remain separate assumptions.

Freeze 18 identities, at most 72 LP proposals / 144 support certificates, zero native evaluations, zero packet visits and a 60-second cooperative limit. One worker reserves four numerical threads. Charge each identity and reserve its operations before execution. No retries, expansions, signals, archive reads, observed fits or protected ESA evaluation. Preserve all matrices, bindings, certificates and failures. A pass permits a separately frozen generated native usefulness comparison; it does not qualify observational coverage.
