Shared errors clear the short-test improvement target

All 48 sectors pass correctness, and all six complete model/processing cases pass the unchanged tenfold reduction target against the original broad-box calculation. Every original orientation sector remains; none was discarded. The original measurements, 27 physical calibration directions and their bounds are unchanged. Six bounded common-error coordinates connect the measurement times without adding new physical calibration freedoms.

Typical globe prediction-range widths fall from approximately 115 m per axis to 31 m. That is a further reduction of about 73%, and roughly 16–24 times narrower than the original broad-box widths, depending on axis. The flat-disc east-coordinate range is about 9.3 m under the same fixed coordinate convention. All six unions contain their known generated future outputs.

These are conservative calculated ranges at 1.8 seconds in generated data, not measured aircraft errors or calibrated prediction intervals. Even 31 m is broad at this duration. Passing the relative improvement target therefore does not qualify a four-minute recording, statistical significance or a new aircraft study. The scientific decision remains abstention.

The study completed in 588 seconds, using 144 native evaluations and all 384 reserved bound evaluations. Source, inputs, environment, common-error bindings, all native values and Jacobians, training inequalities and future certificates are preserved and verified. No archive recordings or protected ESA outcomes were read.

The next diagnostic measures how the remaining unshared allowance grows with duration, preserving every orientation sector and physical bound. It can reveal a remaining mathematical overestimate before paying for a longer complete prediction comparison. Whole-program numerical enclosure, actual receiver-error adequacy and independent confirmation remain additional gates. The 53 globe / zero flat / zero unresolved numerical comparison is unchanged.
