Complete 42-coordinate joint interface
Freeze 19 affine interface controls, retaining all 27 physical and 15 common-error columns. Twelve known-answer systems cover three coordinate axes, zero/nonzero centers and exact/noisy training allowances. Both the earlier common block and the acceleration block contribute to one jointly unknown offset; the same variables apply at all epochs. Independently derive the future radius as three times the training allowance plus the declared future remainder. Retain all unidentified columns.
Seven negative controls reject a changed source, time, expansion, lower/upper domain, earlier common binding or acceleration binding. A typed native enclosure and the qualified reference definition are mandatory. No future receiver position is an argument to the prediction interface.
Require the same containment and 1e-12 m endpoint agreement used by the earlier affine interface controls. The separate 24-identity native qualification must be complete, passing and hash-verified in the same environment before launch.
Limits: 72 LP proposals / 144 support certificates, 60 cooperative seconds, one worker with four numerical threads, zero native evaluations, archive reads or observed fits. Charge each identity and reserve operations before execution. Preserve sources, matrices, domains, bindings, certificates and failures. No retries, expansions, signals or protected ESA evaluation. Passing permits a separately frozen generated usefulness comparison, not observational coverage or production decisions.
