Rate arithmetic and local motion bounds pass their controls
All 48 frozen identities pass: 36 analytic quadrature comparisons and 12 body-rotation/force comparisons with independent differential-equation solutions. No original recording was reread and no Earth-model fit ran.
The component checks retain three explicit sampling hypotheses. The body checks bound the error caused by changing rotation axes and changing force under the linear-point hypothesis. Their independent reference calculations agree across two resolutions within the declared numerical allowance. Original engineering samples remain separate from constructed component integrals.
This qualifies the stated local calculations, not the actual instrument's sampling/averaging, filtering or coning/sculling corrections. It is not yet a complete ESA geographic-navigation adapter or a recording-scale error bound. Those distinctions remain necessary before model fitting. The existing receiver-only inventory still admits zero stretches; its policy and protected confirmation reservation are unchanged.
The study reserves and seals 1,152 component-interval evaluations, 24 ODE solves and 24,000 right-hand-side evaluations. It finishes in 1.86 seconds. Unused reservation is not another study's allowance, and this completed study cannot restart.
