Prediction-calibration execution qualification
All 62 checks pass: 32 new metadata/lifecycle cases and 30 statistical regressions. They preserve failed starts, prevent reused draw roles, bind the shared population and require a finite closed calibration threshold before validation. Cooperative futility cannot create bounds from unexecuted draws.
The unchanged 42-check native qualification and 17-check saved-results qualification were reverified by source and environment, without rerunning their studies. The prepared calibration cohort has 299 seed families and 7,176 starts; validation remains a separate 181-family phase.
These checks use no new noise draws, fits or aircraft observations. Coverage and significance remain unestablished.
