Initial native training adapter check

The 32 interface checks pass. All 24 native cases stop before making a native calculation because the test fixture reads its generated bounds through the wrong object interface. Two library builds complete. This is a test setup failure, with no conclusion about flight data or prediction accuracy.

The receipt preserves the exact sources, failed test report, prepaid allowances and attempted work. The source copies are retained in the shared reproducibility archive. A corrected fixture requires a separate source freeze and journal; the completed allowance cannot be reused.
