Native bounded-prediction interface
69 software checks pass, including 15 new interface cases. The provider keeps the original forecast and unrestricted-calibration diagnostic, validates fitted-point and before-cast residual bindings, retains all 26/27 columns and extends the fixed error law once. Invalid future remainder layouts fail before native extension.
These checks use supplied linear arrays. Actual native construction has its own subsequent gate; this interface does not establish nonlinear coverage or release more aircraft fitting. Missing approximation-error allowances remain unsupported.
