Bounded calibration with accumulated measurement errors

58 software checks pass, including 20 new adapter cases. Independent dense calculations agree with the structured calculation for correlated errors and both supported observation-timing forms. Exact-bound calibration, unidentified future-affecting directions, all 27 columns and parameter-unit changes are retained.

The adapter reuses the existing bounded-prediction library. It computes earlier-only conditional error geometry without a dense whole-record covariance or projection. Missing nonlinear remainder allowances return unsupported. A zero allowance belongs to an exact linear software fixture; it is not inferred from small aircraft residuals.

This is an interface qualification. It supplies no new aircraft result, nonlinear coverage certificate or calibrated detection. The completed two-minute study, earlier noisy failures and protected ESA groups remain unchanged.
