Saved common-transform certificate audit

The initial audit stopped before any task was charged because its standalone worker entry could not load a relative helper import. Its freeze and failure remain preserved. This separate freeze uses an absolute import, qualified through the standalone loading path; the calculation and acceptance rules are unchanged.

Independently reconcile all 48 sealed 51-column results, 288 exact rational support certificates, future endpoints and force/clock/reference bindings. Check in-sector known-future containment. Preserve all 27 physical coordinates and 24 shared-error directions. Use saved evidence only: no original aircraft reads, integration calls, native bounds, LP proposals or observed fitting.

Freeze sources, input bundles, environment and 48 identities before launch. Four workers use one thread each; allow 120 cooperative seconds and six exact support checks per identity, 288 total. No retries, extensions, process signals or protected ESA outcomes. This allowance belongs only to the revised audit; the completed initial freeze cannot restart or contribute unused allowance.

Report range components and unchanged coordinate boxes as diagnostics of the calculation, not measured sensor errors or calibrated coverage. The completed comparison's unmet twofold target remains unchanged. Whole-program numerical enclosure and aircraft error assumptions remain separate open requirements.
