Rebuild every prediction region from the three saved sources

Launch only after all twelve missing serial future certificates and all twelve three-family adapter controls pass. Use the earlier Taylor reports, original direct reports and new serial future reports with their own manifests and receipts. Keep every earlier timeout and failed qualification label unchanged.

Inventory all 48 original regions before launch. Verify source qualification, artifact and input hashes, numerical environment, query times, reference and shared maps, physical domains and conditioning. Serial reports supply only the twelve previously missing future queries; do not integrate anything here or recalculate a training bound. Provider selection must not use future truth.

Rebuild and independently audit the original training constraints and future supports using the qualified three-family adapter. Preserve every inherited constraint and all 27 physical, 51 expression and 78 enclosing coordinates. Union all surviving regions in each complete eight-region cover. Intersect only complete compatible covers with the unchanged complete 192-box ranges. Keep fresh and combined ranges visible separately.

All 48 scheduled calculations must pass, all six fresh covers must be complete, and all six combined covers must meet the original twofold-width target. No partial union or inherited-only fallback can make this new matrix qualify. Evaluate known truth after constructing the bounds, as in the earlier studies.

Separate finite saved-only allowance

Freeze the exact source/input/provider inventory, environment and acceptance rules before launch. A pass would qualify the generated short-example width target only. Useful recording-length bounds and the stated observation and arithmetic assumptions remain required before new aircraft prediction fits.
