Qualify the transfer of the training constraint
The six-source physical value qualification is complete. Do not restart it or reuse its allowance. Keep the older trained-adapter point failures preserved.
The separate rounded adapter adds exact-reference center and row differences before combining the training acceleration range with the physical source intervals. It checks that the existing nonlinear cap is sufficient; it does not expand that cap. Physical norm closure comes before conversion to the stated numerical centers and all 27 supplied affine rows.
Local tests cover the previously failing point/boundary cases, finite bias domains, both phases at every prefix, changed reference rows and identity rejection. The next finite qualification must retain the complete saved training certificates and input domains, and compare selected prefix bounds against known generated calibrations only after the bounds are fixed.
Passing that qualification permits integration into the full native candidate and its original 24-control matrix. Complete prediction widths and observed withheld prediction remain separate, unpassed gates.
