Diagnostic setup rejection
The first saved-data diagnosis stopped at its environment check, before reading diagnostic inputs or performing a calculation. Preparation recorded unset numerical-thread variables; the worker correctly required its frozen one-thread environment. One setup identity remains charged; native calls, fits and propagations are zero.
The corrected preparation runs under the same thread guard as qualification and execution. A new fail-fast test rejects unguarded preparation before inputs are read. The failed freeze remains preserved; no forecast, accuracy limit or scientific assumption changes.
